Updating my Pricing on my books

Updated: Oct 7, 2019

Hi guys I hope you liked Sandy and Lily's story. I'm currently in the middle of Rhea's and Yuuto's and it is... intense.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know about an update in my pricing. I struggled with this decision but after talking to some other authors I decided it was the right change for me. If I want to evolve as a writer, I have to invest in my career.

When I first started on my writing journey early last year, I wanted to start my first series at $0.99 per novella because I wanted to reach as many people as I could. I finished the first series and I've started personally investing in more areas of my career. I need a lot of marketing to be visible in the Amazon Marketplace, I definitely need new editors and I need to find proofreaders as well. In order to make this possible I've increased pricing on my books by a small amount to aid me with my goal of delivering books monthly.

I will honor the following pricing for next two years (until the end of 2020). I want my fans to know what's going on with me. For novellas that are up to 150 pages the pricing will be $0.99 to $1.99 and books that are over 150+ pages the pricing will be 2.99, books over 600 pages will be 6.99. Right now all of my books are in Kindle Unlimited and I plan on staying there for the foreseeable future, so this change should not effect any reader on that platform.

I hope this change is not too drastic. I plan on being around for the next few years and I hope to keep delivering books to you monthly. In order to keep this pace and output, pricing was something I needed to address. Let me know what you think. I'm always here and as always I hope you stay tuned....
